Cordless Rebar Tying Tool

Overview:
The TR001G is a cordless rebar tying tool powered by a 40Vmax XGT Li-Ion battery. Powered by an XGT battery and equipped with dual BL motors, the tool delivers high tying strength and speed using 1.6 mm wire.
Equipped with a wire pullback mechanism, the tool pulls back the wire while holding its tip, allowing the rebars to be tightly and securely tied.
Capable of tying a wide range of rebar sizes, from small to large diameters
Dual BL motors for twisting and feeding ensure stable tying with 1.6 mm wire.
One-step wire reel loading is enabled by a linked cover and gear mechanism.
Clockwise wire twisting minimizes the chance of unintentional loosening when retightening by hand.
Tying strength is easily adjustable via the panel to suit different rebar combinations.
Tying strength (compared to our 18V models):
• D10 × D10 rebar: approx. 300% increase
• D22 × D22 rebar: approx. 200% increase
The hook fits up to D19 rebars for easier tool hanging.
Ergonomic rubberized soft grip for increased comfort
High water-resistance compatible with XPT (eXtreme Protection Technology)
Equipped with a main power switch and a trigger lock function for enhanced control
The optional extension handle enables the operator to tie rebars while standing.
